6 Week Pole Fit Courses

Class Schedule (Drop ins)

Such a great pole school! Ro’s teaching is great and their pole community is so supportive and friendly. I found it especially convenient that there is a subscription model for classes, so I could fit classes around work. [Solstice Studio] means strength, community & commitment to loving myself. Solstice makes me feel physicallly & mentally stronger. Life feels brighter. The community is so supportive, caring & very happy place 💜✨
