Beginner Course (OCT/NOV)

Service Description

This 6 week course is suitable for beginner pole peeps with either no or a little experience. This course is the perfect next step up from the Absolute Beginner Course or if you've come to some beginner drop ins and want to really push your progress! We will work on beginner spins, holds and combos working up to a routine encompassing everything you'll learn over the 6 weeks. Booking: You can now combine your course with our other classes! The additional options are: Course + Conditioning (6 week course + 6 stretch & mobility/ conditioning classes) Course + Dance (6 week course + 6 Sensual dance classes) This is a fun, safe environment for you to give pole a go amongst other beginners. NB: *This course is non-refundable once the first class of the course has started. A refund or reschedule can be arranged with at least 48 hours notice prior to the start of the course. *If you cannot attend one of the sessions, this class cannot be redeemed or refunded. You may attend one of the drop in classes within that same week if 24 hours notice is given/ if there is available space. *Please make sure you are on time to classes. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may not be able to attend the class as you will have missed the warm up.
